QPQ processing has been added to the place that previously was a finish at this point. QPQ advances Tuftride and provides better wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance than hard chrome plating.
Its usefulness as a surface treatment that combines surface hardening treatment and rust prevention treatment can be seen from the fact that it is used in SIG slides, indicating its compatibility with guns. In engine parts, it is used in crankshafts, camshafts, etc. This product boasts outstanding durability because it is made of two CNC-machined pieces that are press-fitted under a pressure of over 1T and then laser welded.
