PDI Airsoft AEP Palsonite Cylinder.

The MP7A1 exclusive Palsonite cylinder uses SUS 304 (stainless steel) as the material, and uses the same cold forging tube drawing method as the PDI Inner barrel and bolt action cylinder to narrow down the inner diameter tolerance, achieving a tolerance of ±1/100mm as a cylinder. Furthermore, the cylinder is finished in black due to Palsonite treatment, giving it a luxurious finish.

Of course, the effect is not limited to just the appearance; the coefficient of friction inside the cylinder is reduced and the firing cycle is improved. Another advantage of Palsonite treatment is that it does not reduce the strength of the material, dramatically improving fatigue strength and maintaining the accuracy of individual parts for a long time.
* Palsonite treatment is not a paint, so there is no chance of the film peeling off.
